- If you are booking the studio on hourly basis. There is a minimum required booking of 2 hours. The rental time at SFK starts when you enter the floor area and finishes when the floor area is cleared. Setting up and break down time will be charged. Any fraction of an hour is billed as a whole hour.
- If you rent out equipment from RCK weather you use it or not, it will becharged on per item per day rental basis. RCK rules for renting outequipment’s is applicable to SFK customers also, which includes all theitems rented out should be delivered back to RCK counter.
- Paper back drops left at the floor area are chargeable. Please contact thestaff for more details. (For full day booking there will be discounts on price)
- If the KSEB power supply gets interrupted we have power backupgenerator which is available at 500 Rs per hour. (This charge is ontop of the rent paid for the shooting floor).
- There will be a cleaning charge if the shooting floor and related SFKproperties are not clean or not in the same condition given to the customers.All hard to clean materials (confetti,milk,flour,powder,fake blood,wax,bodyoil,etc)are to be approved in advance a refundable deposit is required.
- Rs. 100 is charged extra for cleaning the area. Excessive cleaningand/or repainting may result in charges of up to Rs. 3000.
- Any properties like antique cameras and other curios outside theshooting floor area is available for per item per day rent, please askdetails at RCK office ground floor.
- The rate for late-night shoots is 1000 INR per hour, applicablebetween 11 PM to 6 AM.
- SFK customers should clear any food waste or material waste beforeleaving the premises. Waste baskets are provided only to help thecustomers in keeping the area clean. Please empty the wastebaskets when you leave.
- After using the space (SFK), please return all the properties and furniture to the same condition for the next customer to use. SFK staff will check the area before the customers leave the premises.
- Any colour change or art modifications to the premises or the properties should be done only after getting permission from the management.
- Please leave your footwear’s outside, Footwear’s for the shoot can be carried to the floor and used only while the shoot is happening.
- Smoking inside the Air-conditioned shooting floor is not allowed. This is for the general hygiene of the floor area. Alcohol or drugs are not allowed in the premises or the car parking area.
- Vehicles should be parked well organized, In the allotted areas, with enough parking space for more cars. The Road in front of the premises can’t be blocked in any situation.
- While the floor is not in use, please consider switching off any unused lights and Air-condition unit.
- Please double check the premises before you leave, SFK management can’t be held responsible for loss of any personal items or professional equipment’s left out or lost during the rental hours.
- RCK staff or SFK staff are here only to manage the property and the equipment’s rented out from RCK. They can’t help the SFK customers in the shoot or in the movement of luggage or equipment’s.
- Unwanted gatherings or noise outside the floor area or on the public roads outside SFK won’t be entertained. SFK customers should not hang around at the RCK office without permission. Music is to be kept at responsible levels.
- Studio booking is strictly for media related activities.
- This studio is under video surveillance.
RENTAL POLICIES:
- Conditions and fees may change as a result of updates and improvements made in the venue.
- All reservations are non-refundable. Reservations can be rescheduled once, up to 72 hours in advance.
- We are open 24 hours.
MEDIA CONSENT:
- Shoot Floor Kochi regularly shares media created within its facilities on social media and its website, often for promotional purposes, whether it is BTS or completed works from clients within the studio, always with proper credit. Shoot Floor Kochi reserves the right to do so unless otherwise stated.

- RCK സ്റ്റാഫ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ SFK സ്റ്റാഫ് ഇവിടെയുള്ളത് ആർസികെയിൽ നിന്ന് വാടകയ്ക്കെടുത്ത പ്രോപ്പർട്ടി, ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യാൻ മാത്രമാണ്. ഷൂട്ടിംഗിലോ ലഗേജിന്റെയോ ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെയോ നീക്കത്തിലോ അവർക്ക് എസ്എഫ്കെ ഉപഭോക്താക്കളെ സഹായിക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല.
- SFK യുടെ പുറത്തുള്ള പൊതു റോഡുകളിലോ ഫ്ലോർ ഏരിയയ്ക്ക് പുറത്തോ അനാവശ്യമായ ഒത്തുചേരലുകളോ ശബ്ദമോ അനുവദിക്കില്ല. SFK ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾ അനുവാദമില്ലാതെ RCK ഓഫീസിൽ ചുറ്റിത്തിരിയരുത്. സംഗീതം ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമുള്ള തലങ്ങളിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കണം.
- സ്റ്റുഡിയോ ബുക്കിംഗ് മാധ്യമങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്ക് മാത്രമുള്ളതാണ്.
- ഈ സ്റ്റുഡിയോ വീഡിയോ നിരീക്ഷണത്തിലാണ്.
